A typical day at Beanstalk Childcare
Each day is thoughtfully structured to provide children with a mix of guided learning, creative exploration, and social interaction—ensuring they feel secure, engaged, and happy.
Morning (8:00 AM – 11:30 AM): We begin with a warm welcome and a bit of free play. At 9:00 AM, we gather for circle time, followed by a focused learning activity. Around 10:15, we have a healthy morning snack, then head outside for gross motor play.
Midday (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM): We come inside to clean up and enjoy lunch together. Afterward, it's quiet time or nap time.
Afternoon (1:00 PM – 3:30 PM): Children who wake early may read books or do quiet puzzles. Then, we transition into creative play and arts & crafts. Later, we enjoy hands-on activities like building with LEGOs, pretend play, or music and movement. Another healthy snack is offered.
Dinner (4:00 PM): We serve a well-balanced dinner at 4:00 PM. This shared meal gives children the chance to try new foods and socialize calmly.
Evening (5:00 PM – 6:00 PM): After dinner, children enjoy free playtime. Around 6:00 PM, we begin to say our goodbyes, sharing a closing song or story.
